Program Overview
Mentor/Mentee Pairing
We begin each academic year by pairing mentors and mentees. There are two components that help us pair each mentee with their mentor: 1) Information provided on individual applications 2) Individual preferences based on their connection with prospective mentors/mentees at the Welcome Mixer.
Mixers
Over the course of the year, we host quarterly mixers geared towards professional development. These are designed for self reflection and career evaluation for your future.
Meet Ups
Monthly meet ups provide opportunities for mentors and mentees to not only get together, but to also network with others in the cohort.
Graduation Ceremony
We wrap up the end of the year with a graduation ceremony, this is where we recognize the participants who have have committed their academic year to the program.
